As a Presale Multifamily Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in selling pre-construction and development projects. This position requires a licensed real estate professional with a proven track record in successfully navigating the intricacies of presale transactions, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of multifamily developments.

Responsibilities:
